Lead time is the one input no Amazon report can supply, and safety stock is a policy choice rather than a measurement — neither has an honest default. These two apply to every SKU without its own figures.

Ordered by sales rate — the SKUs where a wrong lead time actually costs a stockout. A dashed box is inherited from the account.
